This beautiful places flowing with golden sand is the Pinnacles. The place where limestone rocks of all shapes and sizes call home.
My friends and I took a 3hour drive from Perth to this place. On the way there, we stopped by for some yummy lobster lunch at Lobster Shack. Interestingly, Lobster Shack also provides several tours. We continued our journey and reached Pinnacles.
The entrance fee to this rocky golden sand desert is $12, and you’d think with that price to see rocks, they’d at least let you climb their it right? Nope! No climbing allowed, people! But feel free to lie in the sand and make golden-sand-angels. No one said anything about that.
I love how they lined the paths for vehicles to past with smaller rocks.
The next destination were the san dunes. We wanted to try sand boarding that day but we didn’t get a chance to as we were a bit late.
On the way back, we dropped by Sorrento Quay, Hillarys Harbour to have Little Caesars Pizzeria for dinner and snacked at San Churros Chocolateria after. At Little Caesars, we tried the Pork Belly (The Ultimate) and the Oyster Kilpatrick pizza! Before heading to San Churros, we had already started dessert at Little Caesars with their Apple Strudel Dessert Pizza!
