So, I’ve been working in a children’s daycare for a couple of months. Every week, we learn something new, shapes, alphabets, numbers and so on. Each week, we will have a craft session, usually based on what we learnt.
The craft I’m sharing with you today is a pizza! It’s super easy and made up with circles and triangles.
Here’s what you’ll need :
1) Beige cardstock
2) Yellow cardstock
3) Red Cardstock
4) Round object with a suitable size to make pepperoni pieces
Cut a triangle each from the beige and yellow cardstock. Have the yellow one trimmed down slightly smaller so the crust (pizza base) can be seen later.
Trace the round object on your red cardstock and cut em out. If you have a circle puncher, that’d be even better!
Now that you have everything cut out! Glue the cheese on the pizza base! Give it more space on the base of the triangle to show the crust.
The pepperoni is next! Let the kids place them however they wish.
And with that, you’re done!
