DIY Strawberry Yogurt Crumble

Food preparation IS an art, don’t you think?
Here’s a very simple Strawberry Yogurt Crumble recipe!

What you’ll need :

Ingredients –
1) 125g Digestive Biscuit
2) Strawberry Yogurt
3) Fresh Strawberries
4) 85g Butter
5) Whipped Cream (optional)
*Measurements are up to your own liking*

Tools –
1) Blender
2) Baking Tray
3) Oven
4) Mason Jar
5) Spoons

To make the crumbles, blend up some digestive biscuits and add butter to mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for about 7 minutes.

Cut some fresh strawberries in half.

Prepare your mason jar and fill 1/8 of it with some blended digestives mix. Top them up with some strawberry yogurt.

Decorate it with some freshly cut strawberries. They look best when placed against the glass, but feel free to just dump them in if you wish. Keep some extras for later!

Repeat filling the jar up with digestives, yogurt and strawberries till it’s filled to the top.

To finish it up, put a dallop of whipped cream and a strawberry piece to decorate.

and with that, you’re done! Ready to serve!

*If you’re making a few to serve chilled later, finish everything except the whipped cream as it melts easily. Best of luck! Cheers!
