DIY | Mini Santa Claus Mason Jar

Santa Mason Jar
Hi everyone!
Christmas is around the corner! I’ve been busy working on
a few christmas themed crafts to gift and of course, for this blog tutorial! 😉

Here is the Santa Claus mini mason jar tutorial!

What you’ll need :
1) Mini Mason Jar
2) Jolly & Joy Santa Pieces

(You can DIY your own pieces if you wish.
I will have another tutorial on this posted later.)
3) Glue
4) Blade
5) A Small Cardboard piece
6) Red & White Jellybeans
20151209_173753Step 1 is to have your mini mason jar filled up with red and white jellybeans.
It’s 3/4 red on the bottom for Santa’s outfit and 1/4 white to represent Santa’s beard.
20151209_174146The christmas hat, belt and boots are from Jolly & Joy’s. I got mine from Spotlight.
Cut out a piece of cardboard (the white one above) whereby the width fits the back of the hat piece.

Jolly & Joy’s pieces have sticky backs. I used a blade to cut a rectangle out that fits my cardboard piece well.
However, you can just use glue to stick it on. Fold the cardboard where it meets the end of the hat.
This will help the hat stand on the mason jar’s cover.

There we go 🙂

This is how it looks once it’s stuck on.
I love how the jellybeans look in that tiny jar.

Belt’s on!

I used a blade to slice the adhesive sticker of the top of the boots and stuck it onto the mason jar.
Becareful not to slice all the way through cutting Santa’s feet.

Tadaa! Santa Mason Jar is done!

I absolutely LOVE this little Santa Jar of Jellybellys (My jellybeans are from Candylicious)!

You can make this on a larger jar as well.
However, If you’re gifting these to little kids, this size would be wonderful as you can be sure not to spoil them with too much sugar. Hee!

Do check back on my blog for the Snowman & Santa’s Elf Mason Jar Tutorial!

Cheers & Merry Christmas everybody!!
