DIY From Ferrero Rocher Box To Ring Display

IMG_20150707_030153

Preparing for a bazaar and have nowhere to display your rings?

Or perhaps simply trying to organize all your personal jewelry collection?
This tutorial will definitely aid you in those areas! Create a ring display that looks extremely adorable and not at all cheap!

Here’s what you’ll need :
1) Empty Square Ferrero Rocher BoxIMG_20150707_235005

2) Felt Fabric (Daiso’s small squared felt fabric works perfectly)

3) Hot Glue (Optional)

Get your Ferrero Rocher box and remove the lid. Next, take your felt fabric and roll them up to your own liking and cut the size accordingly. I used the Daiso Small Square felt fabric (shown in pictures above) as I like how they already come in nice rolls. Plus, they have a whole set of the color in different shades. How pretty!
Fit your fabric (rolled up) into the box as shown above. I used an extra purple and navy blue felt fabric to fill in the extra space after placing my Daiso pieces.
If you’re happy with the design, remove them and apply hot glue to the ferrero rocher box and glue the felt fabric in. This is completely optional. I personally did not glue mine down as I tend to always use my ferrero rocher boxes many other ways. If you don’t have anything else to do with it, I suggest that you glue them down nicely. This helps to keep the fabric in place and no rings could ever slip underneath. Though, the rings really shouldn’t be slipping underneath if the fabrics are snug enough. IMG_20150707_083231

Lastly, place all your pretty rings into the beautiful box. Don’t they look lovely? You don’t need the Ferrero Rocher cover, but if you prefer to use it to keep dust away, or show off your mad DIY skills when your friends come over, then go ahead and slip it on! If you would like your ring display to be slightly higher off ground, just take the cover of the box, turn it over and put it under the display. It’s THAT simple!

For those who often go for bazaars, this is a very convenient way to store your rings for travel too! Just secure your box with a big rubber band, ribbon or strings. I used my buff headband to cover it entirely and it survived the journey through and back!

Well, I hope you have fun making this extremely affordable recycled ring display!
Till next time,
Jolene
